Infrared dry heat oven (IR) WX-12C – based on the use of a new thermal agent – short-term pulsed infrared radiation, which creates for a certain time the selected temperature in the working chamber of the sterilizer.
The infrared sterilizer is a cabinet with three built-in new generation infrared heaters.
Because of this, the heating rate of the chamber at 200 degrees is achieved within 2-4 minutes. The frame of this unit is made of metal. The cabinet door is made of heat-resistant reflective glass.
The sterilizer is filled with two trays for the tool.

Furnace Preparation:
Place the sterilizing tools on the tool tray. Leave space between the tools and do not stack them on top of each other.
Close the oven door.
Turn the thermostat to the desired temperature of 250 degrees Celsius.
Set the timer to 30 minutes. Turning the timer starts the operation of the oven.
After the set time, a bell will ring and the oven will go off.
Allow the tools to cool. Open the door for quick cooling of the tools.
The tools can be placed in the special sterilization bags that are commercially available.
CAUTION!!!
The first kilning must be done without tools.
During kilning, the kiln may emit smoke and the smell of burnt oil. Let the oven do all its work.
All cleaning and maintenance work should be done without the furnace being electrified.
Do not touch the oven when it is in the sterilization stage. The temperature on its walls is high.
Unplug the oven when not in use.
If a problem is found in the oven, switch it off immediately.

For the validity of the warranty, keep the original product packaging and the receipt. The cable is excluded from the warranty once it is properly delivered by the company. The warranty covers only the central unit.
